Bombshell Betties is an outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Be ready to push harder than you have ever pushed before!
A typical Bombshell Bettie will perform a heart thumping workout to include:
push ups, plyometrics, interval training, squats, lunges, burpees, speed training, core strength training, team competitions, partner exercises, obstacle courses, tire exercises and more!
